Starry Glow medspa aims to provide an excellent client experience while having a treatment at our medspa. Please take the time to read our medspa policies to ensure the highest quality of service is rendered to everyone.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Unexpected events happen and recognizing this, Starry Glow medspa requires a 24 hour notification on weekdays and a 48 hour notification on Saturday appointments.
However, for clients who have had a history of "no show", we require a $20 down-payment upon scheduling your appointment which will be used towards your scheduled treatment. In respect of the time we have allotted in our schedule, this $20 will be forfeited in the event of "no shows" or cancellation in less than 24 hours.
Saturday appointments
We have limited Saturday appointments available and require a $20 down payment to book a Saturday treatment.
Your $20 will be used towards your treatment, or refunded in case of cancellation or rescheduling to a non-Saturday appointment.
In respect of the Saturday time we have allotted for the appointment, your $20 will be forfeited in the event of "no-show" or less than 48 hours cancellation.
Late Arrivals
To ensure quality of service to all, please call us if you are arriving late.
This will be treated on a case to case basis, we will determine if there is enough time for the treatment or reschedule.
Payment Policy
Payment is the responsibility of the client at the time of service.
Starry Glow medspa accepts the following forms of payment: Cash, Checks, All major credit cards, Paypal, and Starry Glow gift cards.
